We don't use off-the-shelf plans like many builders. We design a custom home plan for each lot that takes into consideration the views, elevations, and property features. During construction, we wait for the best subs instead of using the quickest. We are involved in every detail. During rough-framing we are planning how the finished wood floor lines are going align. At rough electrical  we are anticipating where the outlets will fall within the pattern of the tile. No choice or decision is on auto-pilot. Once the home is complete and a buyer becomes the owner, we ensure every detail continues to perform when a family moves in.
